Jamele Rigolini, a lead economist in the World Bank's Latin American and the Caribbean office and one of the authors of the study, will be sharing the findings of the report with a post Q&A session and a debate on where the innovation gaps can be found and how actors of the ecosystem can support to incentivize and create innovation.
